She has extensive experience advising privately held and publicly traded companies, controlling shareholders, investors, and consultants in both domestic and international transactions across a wide range of industries, including financial services, oil and gas, education, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, services, and real estate.
She coordinated the publication of the book Business Laws of Brazil by West Law in the United States and co-authored the chapter on Capital Markets. She also worked as an international associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton from June 2007 to June 2008. In addition, she has delivered several lectures in the United States on “Doing Business in Brazil” and on the specific aspects of certain M&A transactions in Brazil.

- Advised SMZTO in the sale of a 30% stake in OdontoCompany to the American private equity fund L Catterton.
- Advised Pátria Investimentos and the Opty Group in the acquisition of four companies in the ophthalmology sector.
- Advised the shareholders of Agro Amazônia in the sale of the company to the Japanese group Sumitomo Corporation.
- Advised SOMOS Educação, the largest education group in Brazil, in the acquisition of more than 15 schools located across several Brazilian states, including Santa Catarina, São Paulo, Mato Grosso, Rio de Janeiro, and Rio Grande do Norte.
- Advised Itochu Corporation in the acquisition of a 50% equity interest in Naturalle Agro Mercanti.
- Advised ScanSource Inc. in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Intersmart Comércio, Importação e Exportação de Equipamentos Eletrônicos S.A. (“Network1”) for BRL 400,000,000.00.
