Caio Henrique Nogueira Carvalho

Throughout his career, Caio was part of the legal team of a major law firm in the State of Mato Grosso, where his primary focus was the management of civil, corporate, and criminal litigation matters, acting across all procedural stages and areas. He stood out particularly in mass health insurance litigation and judgment enforcement proceedings, having delivered numerous oral arguments before the São Paulo Court of Justice.

In a later stage of his career, he worked on civil litigation matters focused on the medical defense of clients in claims brought by patients, as well as ethical proceedings before the Regional Medical Council (CRM). He holds a law degree, is fluent in English, and has experience in client relations and providing feedback and updates to clients.
