He has acted numerous times in New York as an expert witness before the US District Court – Southern District of New York in matters related to civil law and arbitration.
He served as assistant professor to Professor Cássio Scarpinella Bueno and Professor Carlos Ari Sundfeld at the PUC/SP School of Law. He was also coordinating professor at the Brazilian Society of Public Law (SBDP).
He is a member of the Board of the Fundação Visconde de Porto Seguro and Escola Visconde de Porto Seguro.
Author of several national and international legal articles and publications, he has also delivered numerous lectures in Brazil and abroad, particularly in New York, Washington, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, and London.
