Over 18 years of experience in the Corporate and Real Estate practices, focusing on M&A transactions and asset sales, corporate reorganizations, domestic and international contracts, and structuring of complex real estate transactions. With a strong performance in international markets, Fabiana represents Rayes & Fagundes before international networks of law firms. Fabiana has a solid academic background in the practice. She is also a university professor of business law and foreign trade.

• Advisory on the corporate reorganization of a leading technology company to reduce the number of legal entities and increase efficiency;
• Advisory provided to a foreign group on all steps for implementing an international school in the interior of the State of São Paulo;
• Advisory provided to major players in the IT industry on the acquisition of several technology companies;
