Extensive experience in preparing strategic tax planning for companies. Led strategic lawsuits involving the suspension of the enforceability of the rate differential (Difal) owed in some States, due to the shipment of goods to individuals and legal entities that are not ICMS taxpayers. Led important lawsuits regarding the refund of ICMS-ST tax since the matter has not been enacted into law. Deep experience in matters involving foreign trade, with strategic performance in the fiscal classification of goods and taxes involving the imports of goods.
